Terms of service
Read, share and link to what we publish. Don't copy it whole.
These terms cover hatchedstacks.com, the AI Stack Library, and the app we use to post our own videos.
Who runs this site
hatchedstacks.com is run by American Keystone Productions LLC. Hatched Stacks is the name we build and publish under. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean American Keystone Productions LLC.
What these terms cover
These terms cover using this website, including the guides in the AI Stack Library. By using the site, you agree to them. They do not set the terms of any build or purchase.
Using the site
Browse, read and share as much as you like. Please don't:
- try to get into parts of the site, or the systems behind it, that are not public;
- send the site so much traffic that it slows down for other people;
- use the site to break the law or to harm anyone.
If you fill in one of our forms, give accurate details, and follow our privacy page on what not to send. We may block anyone who breaks these rules.
What we publish
The guides, the videos and pictures we made, and the Hatched Stacks name and logo belong to American Keystone Productions LLC. You are welcome to:
- link to any page;
- quote a short part of a guide, with a link back to it;
- give a guide to your own AI assistant to read. Each guide has a plain text version for exactly that.
Please don't copy whole guides onto another site, sell them, or pass them off as your own.
Other companies' names, logos and product pictures on this site belong to those companies. Showing them does not mean they work with us or endorse us.
What the guides are
Our guides explain how AI tools and systems work, as we understand them on the date each guide was last checked. They are general information, not advice for your business. AI tools change often, so check anything important with the tool's maker before you rely on it.
We link to other companies' sites and tools. We don't control them, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Our posting app
Hatched Stacks has a posting app that publishes our own videos to our own accounts on social media sites such as TikTok, YouTube and Instagram. Only we use it. It is not open to the public, and nobody else can sign up for it or connect an account to it. Each site's own rules and terms apply to what it posts there.
No promises about the site
We work to keep this site accurate and online, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, free of mistakes, or right for your purpose.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, relying on what it says, or using a site it links to. Some places do not allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you.
Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, we update the date below. The terms in place on the day you use the site are the ones that apply.
