Manifesto

Stop letting good ideas die in a Notion doc.

Hatched Stacks exists for capable operators whose problem is not ambition, capital, or taste. It is the assembly drag between a good idea and a launched company.

You have the ideas. You probably have the domain knowledge. You may even know exactly what the first version should do. What you do not have, consistently, is the uninterrupted attention required to turn a rough concept into accounts, auth, payments, tracking, docs, QA, launch copy, deployment, and customer support plumbing.

AI changed the economics of building. It did not remove the need for judgment. The easy 80 percent is easier than ever. The remaining 20 percent still decides whether a product is usable, billable, measurable, and worth owning.

We do not believe in shipping AI slop and calling it innovation. We believe in trained humans using AI systems with discipline: one-page briefs, explicit scope, three internal QA gates, daily communication, and a Definition of Done that keeps everyone honest.

The production model matters because most serial entrepreneurs do not have one idea. They have a backlog. The value is not a single MVP. The value is a cadence that consumes the backlog until the best opportunities reveal themselves in the market.

The hardware matters too. A dedicated Mac mini is an operating anchor, not a gimmick. It gives every customer a physical home for the accounts, agents, workflows, repos, credentials, and delivered products. After graduation, it ships home. The customer owns the stack.

Ownership is not a slogan here. Customers leave with source code, infrastructure, accounts, credentials, documentation, and the machine where the work lived. Hatched Stacks is not a template marketplace and it is not a venture studio taking hidden upside. We build; you own.

If your idea is too large for one build cycle, we tell you at intake. If it is not a fit, we say so. The relationship only works if the system stays honest about what can ship in 30 days.
